What Latitude is

Latitude is a relocation decision intelligence platform built for citizenship-by-investment firms, HNW tax boutiques, fractional CFOs, and wealth advisors.

Take a candidate profile — current city, target city, income, lifestyle, expected horizon — and Latitude generates a branded decision brief in 90 seconds. Tax arbitrage, lifestyle coverage, 5-year wealth path, visa friction, exit-tax exposure. The kind of analysis your firm already does in spreadsheets, but defensible, repeatable, and presentable.

The brief is the deliverable. Your client keeps it, references it, hands it to their accountant. It has your firm's name on the cover, not ours.

Why it exists

Latitude grew out of Payback — our MBA decision intelligence product for admissions consultants. Once advisors saw the engine modeling tax/lifestyle/wealth across 53 cities, they kept asking the same follow-up: “Can it do this for clients who aren't applying to school — clients just thinking about moving?”

The math is the same. Same residency dataset, same cost-of-living tables, same tax-regime modeling. We stripped the MBA-specific inputs (school, tuition, loan, career track) and reframed the question. That's Latitude.

Who built it

Latitude is built by Lawrence Kuok at PG·Intel. INSEAD MBA. Five years at the intersection of cross-border wealth and applied software. Has watched friends move from NYC to Lisbon, from London to Dubai, from SF to Singapore — each time with worse spreadsheets than the decision deserved.

The engine and the product writing are mine. The math is sourced and citation-backed (see the methodology page). The visual design is custom for both Payback and Latitude.

What we're honest about

• Latitude is directional, not authoritative. It helps an advisor frame the question. The client should always engage local tax + immigration counsel before acting.
• We cite our sources on every input (PwC tax tables, Numbeo, Henley & Partners visa data, EY Global Tax Guide). If a number looks wrong, the methodology page is the place to start arguing.
• We don't sell to consumers. The free public calculator at latitude.pgintel.dev/calculator exists so prospects and friends can play with the model. Paid tiers add firm whitelabel, advisor seats, and the workspace.
• We don't take affiliate fees from immigration firms, real-estate developers, or tax-boutique referrals. The verdict is whatever the math says.
• We're a small team. Onboarding is high-touch — Slack channel, weekly check-ins for pilot firms. That changes as we scale, but it's the model now.

The PG·Intel suite

Latitude is one of two products in the PG·Intel decision-intelligence suite:

Roadmap

What's coming next, in rough priority order:

• Q3 2026: Firm whitelabel UI (already supported via API; building the self-serve UI)
• Q3 2026: Multi-destination compare (3-way and 5-way views) — already partial
• Q4 2026: Currency selector — show all numbers in client's native currency
• Q4 2026: Real-estate equity model — sell-and-rebuy mechanics with transaction costs
• 2027: Probabilistic visa outcomes (lottery odds, sponsorship variance)
• 2027: Dual-income household earner-2 modeling

Pilot customers get to nominate one feature for the quarterly engine roadmap call. That's a real benefit, not marketing.
